S R Sukhavas Residences — just moved in last month, and the hidden costs are killing me. Possession finally happened in March after months of chasing. Builder ne last minute par so many unexpected charges laga diye. Brochure mein kuch aur tha, agreement mein kuch aur. They asked for an extra `₹2.5L` for `IFMS` and a `club membership upgrade fee` jo possession ke time pe nikla. EMI toh already high hai, upar se ye sab. Plus, parking ka bhi issue hai, visitor parking is a joke. Kya ye sirf mere saath hua ya S R Sukhavas ke aur residents bhi faced this? How did you deal with these unexpected charges?

I'm really confused by your post. You said you just moved in last month and got possession in March? But I checked the RERA portal for HRERA-PKL-PKL-689
Yaar, ye hidden charges ka drama toh har dusre builder ka hai. S R Sukhavas mein bhi same cheez? Bahut sunne mein aa raha hai ki builders last minute pe extra demands karte hain. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh ye budget pura bigaad deta hai.
