My first home search: Paradise Enclave daily life?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, and Paradise Enclave in Chandigarh is seriously on my radar. My parents keep saying location is key, but I'm more worried about daily living, yaar. Dekhne mein toh floor plans sahi lagte hain, but actual carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? Like, kitchen space, balcony size... does it feel cramped once you move in? I can't stand small rooms. Also, society ka vibe kaisa hai? Is it a friendly place where people interact, ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Not sure if it's genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper. I'm looking for a proper home, not just an investment. Ab samajh nahi aa raha ki itna paisa dalne ke baad, will it actually feel like home?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! I visited Paradise Enclave last month. On paper, everything looks grand. But that carpet area... yaar, it felt so constrained. The kitchen, especially, was tiny. My wife was immediately put off. They show these huge living rooms in the plans, but practically, it's just enough. And the balcony? Forget about sitting there with a cup of chai, it's barely a standing space. I'm also worried about the society vibe, didn't see much interaction during my visit. Is it just me, or did anyone else feel the same?
