posted on 6 MayMy first home: Signature Global Proxima doubts
₹73 lakh is the price range for a 2BHK at Signature Global Proxima. I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different, yaar. Dekho, price point sahi lag raha hai, but I know what builders don't tell you. Is it genuinely good to live daily, ya bas paper pe acha hai? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Swimming pool ya gym, kitne functional hote hain really? Aur carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? Super area vs carpet area games mein fasna nahi chahta. Anyone moved in or planning to? Off the record, kya feedback hai?

I totally relate to the 'super area vs carpet area' game. I almost fell for it with another builder near Badshahpur a couple of years ago. They showed a huge super area, but the actual usable space was tiny. For Proxima, make sure you get the exact carpet area mentioned in the agreement, not just what the sales guy says. And amenities? My friend bought in a Signature Global project, swimming pool was operational maybe 3 months a year, and gym equipment was basic. Don't base your decision solely on those fancy renders, please.
Maintenance is always a headache with big societies. Check the builder's past projects' RWA reviews online. Best indicator.
This is such a valid point about amenities! We saw a project with a 'clubhouse' which was basically a small room. Do you think Proxima will be different given its size (2192 units)? How do they manage maintenance for so many units effectively?
Exactly my fear, U1! Paper pe sab achha lagta hai. Has anyone actually checked their RERA status thoroughly? GGM/386/118/2020/02 and GGM/383/115/2019/77 ke under kya updates hain? Are they on schedule for June 2026 possession or delays expected?
Yeah, 'green' RERA doesn't guarantee anything. My cousin booked a flat in Basai, RERA was clear, still got delayed by a year and a half. Builders always have some excuse. Just be prepared for it.
U4, RERA status is green, no red flags there. Possession date June 2026 is still showing. But dates extend hona toh common hai.
Honestly, for a new project in that area, ₹73 lakh is actually not that bad considering the current market. But yeah, carpet area is always the real deal.
Bhai, you're not alone! ₹73L for a 2BHK feels like a stretch for a first home, especially with 'ongoing' status till 2026. I'm also looking in Gurgaon, near Airport Road, and the prices are just insane. Signature Global ka track record mixed suna hai, amenities ke naam pe bas brochure dikha dete hain.
