My first investment: Legal doubts are real

Noida Extension (Greater Noida West) keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm checking Gaursons Atulyam but the RERA compliance part is confusing for investors. How do you really check RERA registration? And title verification – what do I absolutely need to see before committing? Honestly, not sure if RERA complaints even work.
