Yaar, Anand Apartment ka naam toh suna hai. Brochures mein toh sab hi accha lagta hai, they always make it sound like a dream. But 'state-of-the-art gym' aur 'multi-purpose hall' - yeh sab maintenance pe depend karta hai. Mere ek friend ne bhi aise hi ek project mein invest kiya tha, ab gym machines rust kar rahi hain aur hall mein cobwebs hain. Resale value toh tabhi milegi jab amenities functional hon aur well-maintained. This is a huge concern for first-time buyers like us.
