Did some research on Ashiana Aaroham Phase 1 today. Prices ₹2.90 Cr se shuru hain, feels quite high for an upcoming project. Kya pre-launch prices pata hain kisi ko? Kitna upside potential hai abhi? Also, Ashiana ka Gurugram mein RERA compliance record kaisa hai? Koi issues toh nahi hain?
