₹78L for my 3BHK in Bulland Group Suryodaya Towers, got possession in March. It's been barely 3 months, and already facing some issues. Minor cracks dikh rahe hain walls mein, aur kitchen fittings bhi loose ho rahe hain. Maintenance team ka response bohot slow hai, despite high charges. As an investor, I'm worried about long-term quality affecting resale or even tenant attraction. Kya ye common hai Bulland Group projects mein? What should I look out for? Any similar experiences with post-possession quality?
