I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Looking at Salarpuria Sattva's Sattva Lake Ridge in Narsingi. My main worry is legal due diligence. How do you guys actually verify RERA registration beyond just checking the number? I mean, are there red flags in the project details section people miss? And what about title verification for these large projects? Is it true most buyers skip deep dives into the builder's past legal issues? Any tips on finding that info before committing capital?

Salarpuria Sattva 1986 se hai, kaafi established builder hai Bengaluru mein. Lake Ridge Narsingi mein location wise toh accha hai. But RERA registration ke details mein kya dekhte hain? Sirf project start date aur expected possession date? Aur title verification, is it just lawyer ka sign-off ya kuch aur bhi karna padta hai?

Exactly! Wahi toh problem hai. Hum jaise first-time buyers ko toh kuch samajh hi nahi aata. RERA number dekh ke lagta hai sab theek hai, but andar ki baat kaun batayega?
