Builder promises for high-end projects are rarely met on the ground, honestly. TARC Ishva ka brochure dekh ke laga sab set hai, but now I'm hearing stories about possession delays and amenities jo bas paper pe achhe lagte hain. For ₹7.7 Cr+ range, I expect top-notch delivery, yaar. My parents keep saying check everything twice. What's the real scene there? Is the society actually good to live in everyday, ya sirf show-off hai? Neighbourhood mein schools/hospitals ka kya haal hai? Anyone faced problems with TARC's delivery timelines ya quality?
