Builder ne jo amenities promise ki thi, unki exact specifications aur completion dates RERA documents mein mil jaati hain. This helped me cross-check the actual amenity quality post-possession. Like, gym equipment ka brand ya park ka area, sab kuch listed tha. Bahut logon ko sirf RERA number pata hota hai, but details check karna is a game changer. Kya kisi aur ne bhi aise RERA se kuch useful info nikala hai?
