My first monsoon in DLF Phase 3: Water woes

Okay, I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how much the monsoon would affect things here. Just got possession of my 2BHK in DLF Phase 3 two months back. First heavy baarish mein toh, roads near Cyber Hub were completely submerged. Honestly, things nobody told me before buying. Water supply bhi thoda erratic lag raha hai. Is this normal for Gurgaon ka monsoon? Should I be worried about waterlogging every year? Parking is also a daily battle. Am I the only one facing this, ya this is common?
