U1, rental yield toh abhi 2.5-3% se zyada nahi mil raha hai Kaveri City Centre mein, that's what I heard from a broker. For capital appreciation, I'm also nervous. Noida mein bahut projects hain, especially in Alpha II area, jo similar price range mein hain. Competition high hai, so appreciation will be slow I guess.
