My first month in Sector 70A – some ground realities

Just got possession of my 3BHK in Sector 70A last month, and honestly, things are settling. But I'm facing some ground realities that nobody really talks about. Pani ka issue thoda hai, reliance on tankers seems high in our society. Is this normal for the whole sector? Also, bijli cuts kitni der ke hote hain? My previous place had solid backup, yahan ka scene thoda naya lag raha hai. Aur, general vibe kya hai? Matlab, is it peaceful or too much construction noise? Thinking about the long run, is this typical for new areas in Gurgaon? What's the daily life like for others here, especially with water, power, and overall peace? Kya yeh sab theek ho jayega over time, ya it's a permanent fixture?
