Loan pre-approved, but I'm struggling with negotiation tactics in Noida Extension. Visited Saraswati Group in Block B for a 2BHK, quoted around ₹75L. Is there any real room for negotiation on new inventory, honestly? I'm an investor, trying to get a good ROI. Heard resale deals might have more flexibility. Has anyone negotiated better on secondary market properties? What about hidden charges at possession? Trying to calculate total acquisition cost right.
