My Hero The Ark possession was in March, registry was a hassle. But at least it's done. Friends considering Krisumi Waterfall Suites II, under-construction ka wait aur risk. Ready-to-move ka ROI better hai ya under-construction ka long-term mein? What's your experience?

Sahi kaha, registry mein toh dimaag kharab ho jaata hai. My friend faced issues with documentation for a property near Basai, even after possession. Krisumi phase 1 mein bhi delays hue the sunne mein aaya hai.
Under-construction projects mein ab bahut risk hai, especially with delays. Krisumi ka track record bhi check karna padega.
