My first property hunt, and Manesar's monsoon nightmare.

Last monsoon, my friend's car got stuck for 3 hours near Manesar. Honestly, everyone talks about Manesar's industrial growth and 'future potential'. But nobody, I mean *nobody*, mentions the waterlogging issue during baarish. Bhai, last year ki photos dekhi hain? It looked like a swimming pool! My parents are pushing for a flat here, saying it's affordable, but I'm thinking, is the low price worth the everyday struggle and damage to property? I can't imagine living with that kind of uncertainty. Aur kya halat hoti hogi families ki? Am I overthinking this, ya this is a genuine deal-breaker for Manesar? Change my mind.
