Builder delays are the absolute worst for first-time buyers like me. I'm eyeing 2/3BHKs near Golf Course Ext or Dwarka Expressway: DLF, Godrej, M3M. Meri priority end-use hai. Inka construction quality aur on-time delivery kaisa hai? Which builder is better for someone who actually wants to live there, not just investors?
