Bhai, SKA Metro Ville? Thoda research aur karo. Possession date toh 2021 ki hai, but kitne flats actually occupied hain, woh dekhna padega. Greater Noida West mein bahut projects aise hi hain, dikhane ko completed but occupancy low.
