Visited Sanjay Nagar last weekend, and honestly, everyone glorifies its connectivity, but nobody talks about the waterlogging issue. I saw old monsoon videos, and bhai, it looked like a swimming pool! Log bolte hain drainage improve hua hai, but kitna? Kya actual mein situation better hai ya bas builders ki PR hai? My parents keep saying Ghaziabad mein paani ki problem rehti hai. Mujhe lagta hai yeh ek huge deal-breaker hai for a first-time buyer like me, especially if you're paying 70-80L for a 2BHK.
