posted on 13 MayMy first property hunt: Sector 35 doubts
Visited Sector 35 last weekend, checking out a 2BHK for around ₹75L. Honestly, it felt a bit quiet and I'm a bit nervous about safety. Is it genuinely safe for families, especially walking alone at night? I noticed some inner roads had limited street lighting. Also, are there enough well-maintained parks or green spaces for evening walks? My parents keep saying open spaces are crucial. What’s the day-to-day vibe there? Is it a good place to settle long-term?

Honestly, I think you're overthinking it a bit. Every developing sector goes through this phase. Sector 35 has a lot of potential
Yaar, I totally get what you mean. Sector 35 *is* a bit isolated right now. My cousin lives in a nearby sector and even he mentioned the limited street lighting issue. Safety at night is a genuine concern, especially for women. I've heard stories, not specific to 35 but general area ki, that police patrolling needs to improve.
