₹90 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 25 from Ashley Estate, and the super area numbers don't add up. I work in real estate, so I know these super area games are just to justify inflated prices. Builders give spot discounts, but aren't they just adjusting for this? What's the real total cost of acquisition here? Change my mind.

Totally agree! Ashley Estate ka toh yahi game hai. Super area inflate karke price high dikhate hain aur phir discount dekar lagta hai ki deal mil gayi. But in reality, you're paying market price, maybe even more. Mera friend Baliawas mein dekh raha tha, same issue. What's the carpet area they're quoting?
