Honestly, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. Looking at Elan The Emperor in Sohna for my first property. Brochures promise great amenities, but I'm worried about what's actually delivered. Are the clubhouse facilities genuinely used, or just for show? What about maintenance charges versus actual service? Any real experiences post-possession would be super helpful.
