My first property search after kids moved out

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 102, including Sobha International City. Honestly, builders promise the moon on paper – fancy clubhouses, lush green spaces, top-notch security. But jab possession milta hai, reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. My kids have moved out, so I'm looking for something manageable, but also comfortable. Everyone glorifies the brochure pictures, but nobody talks about the sad state of 'delivered' amenities after a year, ya construction finish ka kya haal hota hai. Like, promised high-speed elevators versus actual slow, creaky ones. Maintenance charges itne high hote hain, but service quality ka kya? Change my mind.
