Is the EMI vs rent math actually working out in Noida Extension? I'm fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Looking at 2BHKs in Sector 137 or Greater Noida West. Are builders like Godrej or Gaursons delivering on time? Is the Jewar Airport impact already priced in for long-term appreciation?

Jewar Airport ka impact toh pakka aayega long-term mein. Abhi lag raha hoga priced in, but jab operational hoga, tab asli boom aayega. Go for
Bhai, EMI vs rent ka math tab tak hi theek lagta hai jab tak builder possession de de time pe. Noida Ext mein delays ka record accha nahi hai. Sector 137 phir bhi thoda better hai connectivity wise, par Greater Noida West mein toh abhi bhi bahut projects stuck hain.
