Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Pune, mostly around Gurudwara Colony for a 2BHK. My budget is around ₹75L-₹80L. Har broker ek naya deal leke aata hai, bolta hai "spot discount hai, jaldi karo!" But jab builder office jaao, Swaraj Landmarks LLP ke liye, toh they say no such offer. Matlab kya scene hai? Ye brokers apni commission ke liye kuch bhi bol dete hain kya? Ek ne toh bola stamp duty bhi include kar denge, which sounded too good to be true. Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I trust these brokers ya direct builder se baat karu? Has anyone faced this? How do you guys manage broker negotiation and hidden charges? Bahut confusion hai, honestly.
