My first property search: Sohna's crazy prices

Been looking for a 1BHK/2BHK for almost a year now in Gurgaon. My budget is pretty tight, around 70-80L max, so mainstream sectors like 65, 82 are totally out of reach. My parents keep pushing for Sohna, keh rahe hai long-term investment ke liye wahi sahi hai. Honestly, I've seen prices jump quite a bit in Sohna over the last 1.5-2 years. Matlab, jo projects pehle 60L ke the, ab 75-80L touch kar rahe hai. It's crazy. Not sure if it's still worth buying there *now* or should I wait for some correction? Yaar, lagta hai I've missed the boat already. Kya lagta hai, Sohna mein aur kitna appreciation possible hai? Should I just jump in or hold off? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
