Is Noida Expressway still a good investment, or has it peaked? I've been tracking prices for my first 2BHK, and honestly, it feels like Sector 89 has seen a huge jump recently. My budget's around ₹75-80L. I'm worried about buying at the peak, especially with all the rapid rail talk.
