₹8500 per month for maintenance feels high at NBC Shrirang Park. Do amenities like the clubhouse actually boost resale value for investors, or just add to costs? Not sure if tenants care much.

See, amenities *do* matter, but it depends on the target tenant. If you're looking for corporate tenants or families, a good clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool can justify a slightly higher rent. I
Totally agree with U1. NBC Shrirang Park is still upcoming, possession date 2028-06-01, right? Utne time tak toh interest hi itna lag jayega. Aur uske baad 8.5K maintenance alag se? Bahut risky lag raha hai for a first-time investor.
Bhai, 8500 toh bahut zyada hai! Especially for an upcoming project. Clubhouses are nice but tenants usually look at rent and location first. Resale mein kitna fark padega, doubt hai.
