Okay, I'll be honest – I completely underestimated how much extra cost goes into buying a flat. My budget for the Promax Properties project in Kannamangala was ₹78L, but now with stamp duty, registration, and interiors, it feels like another ₹10-12L easily. And it's under-construction, so the delivery risk is always there, right? What should I look for during site visits beyond just the model flat? What are the actual hidden costs I'm missing?
