My flat's possession in Sohna — what actually got delivered?

My flat's possession at Paramount Luxury Builder Floors 25 in Sohna was in March. Honestly, kuch cheezein genuinely surprised kar diya. Brochure mein grand clubhouse aur fully equipped gym dikhaya tha, but abhi tak swimming pool start nahi hua, gym bhi basic hai. Green areas bhi utne maintained nahi lag rahe. Maintenance charges toh full le rahe hain, but services kaafi slow hain. Garbage collection hit or miss. Is this normal for new projects in Sohna? Should I push the builder hard for these pending amenities ya wait karun? What's your experience with amenity delivery and maintenance quality in Sohna builder floors?
