Just moved into my 4th-floor flat in Sector 49 last month. Honestly, paying that floor rise premium feels like a total rip-off now. Kya itna farak padta hai view ka? Builder ne bola tha high demand hai, but ab sochta hoon should've negotiated harder for a lower floor. Has anyone else felt this way after moving in?

Totally relate! I'm eyeing a flat in Sector 66, and the builder is pushing for 7th floor saying best views. Now I'm rethinking. Kya sach mein worth it hai?
U1, worth it depends on what you value. If it's just 'view', maybe not. But higher floors generally mean less street noise, more light, and fewer insects. For some, that's worth the extra. But 4th floor isn't 'very high' for a huge premium.
