Marketing shows extensive green areas, but I've seen projects deliver little actual open space post-possession. Does anyone have experience with Paramount's landscaping execution? From my previous investments, genuine green spaces significantly impact tenant appeal and long-term capital appreciation. Also, how has their construction quality held up over a few years?
