Gaurs 6th Avenue. Just moved in last month, and the snag list is crazy. Walls mein cracks, kitchen fittings loose. Brochure mein sab high quality dikhaya tha, but possession ke baad it feels rushed. Maintenance team bhi sunta nahi. Is this normal? What did you guys do?

Bhai, tumhari baat bilkul sahi hai. Humne bhi Gaurs 6th Avenue mein hi invest kiya tha, aur same problems faced ki. Cracks toh common the, plumbing issues aur electrical wiring ki bhi complaints thi. Builder ne dikhaya kuch aur, diya kuch aur. Brochure mein jo luxury fittings dikhate hain, woh toh sirf sample flat mein hote hain. Maintenance team toh sunta hi nahi, follow-up karte karte thak gaye hum. Aisa lagta hai ki bas units bechne ki jaldi thi, quality control gaya tel lene. Is it normal? Unfortunately, for many projects, yes, it has become normal.
