₹65 lakh for a 2BHK in Raj Nagar Extension is where my budget's hitting. I'm looking at Gaurs and Migsun projects there. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different; I need honest opinions. What's the real construction quality like, any seepage issues after possession? Also, how's their on-time delivery track record for Ghaziabad projects? Do they actually communicate during delays?
