My Ghaziabad amenity doubts

Visited Jain Homes 1 last week. Honestly, I'm in real estate but buying for myself is different. They show big clubhouses and green spaces, but kitna use hota hai after a year? Is the pool actually maintained? Or just for show during site visits? Everyone talks about Ghaziabad having great amenities, but I think most are just 'tick mark' items, not genuinely usable. Maintenance charges toh poore lete hain, but actual service quality? Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, same doubt! I visited a few projects in Ahinsa Khand 1 last month and felt the exact same way. They show you these grand plans but the reality is often so different. Maintenance charges are a huge concern for me as a first-time buyer.

U1, bilkul sahi kaha! Maintenance ka toh mat पूछो, it keeps increasing. Jain Homes 1 mein kya charges hain, pata hai kisi ko?
