Builder quoted prices for Ghaziabad flats are just the tip of the iceberg, honestly. My kids have moved out, so selling our big house near Indirapuram, looking for a 2BHK. River Builders ke project mein Jalalabad area mein dekha tha. ₹70L quote kar rahe, but phir registration, PLC, parking, yeh sab milake ₹80L tak pahunch raha. Yeh hidden costs ka kya scene hai? Koi negotiation bhi possible hai ya sab fixed hota hai? Yaar, itna difference kyun aata hai final bill mein? Anyone else faced this with River Builders or in Ghaziabad?
