My Ghaziabad flat hunt: Is 'luxury' just a marketing gimmick?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Ghaziabad, looking to upgrade from my 2BHK. Honestly, I'm confused. Everyone talks about 'luxury' like Manglam Luxury Homes, but at 1.35 Cr+, kya woh real value de raha hai? Brown Brick Green View toh 19L mein ready hai. Okay, I'll say what no one says: is that Manglam premium just for fancy amenities we won't even use, or is it actual better appreciation? For a 5-year investment, I'm thinking Brown Brick might actually give better ROI percentage-wise. It's completed, less risk. Disagree? Tell me why.

Manglam ka naam hai market mein, but 1.35 Cr is a huge jump from 19L. I'm also looking in Ahinsa Khand and seeing similar trends. Luxury projects promise lifestyle, but for a 5-year investment, appreciation is key. Brown Brick being ready seems less risky,
Totally agree! Ye luxury ke naam pe bas extra charges hain. 1.35 Cr for Ghaziabad? Bahut zyada hai bhai. Brown Brick ka deal toh sahi lag raha hai.
