Lal Kuan's investment potential is what's really catching my eye right now. I'm based in Dubai and can't do site inspections myself, so I'm relying heavily on community insights. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, maybe around ₹50-60L, for a 3-5 year horizon. Do you think the appreciation forecast is solid, especially with the Delhi-Meerut Expressway nearby? I'm worried about the resale market later on; is it easy to offload properties there if needed, or do they sit for ages? Also, thinking about rental demand – who's typically renting in Lal Kuan? Young professionals, families? I'd need a reliable property manager, obviously, but what about the ground reality for safety and maintenance if I'm not there? Any legal red flags or common issues with power of attorney for remote owners?
