One Enclave? Bhai, the possession date is 2014! How can it be 'ongoing' now? This sounds like a classic Ghaziabad stuck project. My friend bought near Abhay Khand, same story, builder just kept delaying. ROI toh door ki baat hai, pehle project complete ho jaaye. Is it even RERA registered with that old date?

Totally agree. 2014 possession date for an ongoing project is a huge red flag. Run!
