Bhai, Charms India ka track record Dujana mein kaisa hai? Ghaziabad mein kaafi builders ne late kiya hai projects. CLP toh tab tak theek hai jab tak construction on time ho. Warna EMI aur rent dono ka double burden ho jata hai. Bahut risk hai yaar.
