Buying property in Ghaziabad feels more complicated than it should be. I'm eyeing a 2BHK in Muradnagar, maybe JBS Group, for around ₹65L. Honestly, builders quote one price, but then there's PLC, parking, maintenance... Does negotiation even work here? How much can I really push for? What other hidden charges usually pop up at possession?

Bhai, this is the standard builder playbook. They hook you with a low base price and then add 'mandatory' charges like PLC, EDC, IDC, parking, club membership, power backup, IFMS, and GST. It's a nightmare for first-time buyers. Always ask for an all-inclusive price sheet from day one.
Sahi baat hai yaar. My friend got burned badly in Ahinsa Khand. They quoted one price, then at possession, the final amount was almost 15% higher. Totally unfair.
