Only 60% carpet area for a 3BHK in Panchsheel Wellington feels like such a rip-off, right? Everyone just talks about super area, but honestly, isn't the actual *usable* living space what matters? I saw a 1600 sqft flat there, but its carpet area was barely 950 sqft. Matlab, itna space toh lobby aur balcony mein hi chala gaya. How is this genuinely a good home? My parents keep saying builder ka reputation dekho, but for my first property, I'm looking at daily livability. Is this normal for Ghaziabad projects, ya I'm just being too picky? Should I compromise on carpet area for other project amenities? Change my mind.
