My Ghaziabad property search: Hidden costs are a trap
Kya Aradhaya Dwarka City aur Radha Homes ke advertised prices mein actual difference itna hi hai, ya builder extra charges mein game kar jaate hain? I'm in real estate myself, but jab khud ke liye property dekho toh sab jhoot lagta hai. Radha Homes ka 32-50L range sunke lagta hai kaafi affordable hai, but total cost of ownership mein kya kya hidden hota hai? Stamp duty, registration, and especially PLC, kitna add ho jaata hai? Aradhaya Dwarka City thoda high-end hai, around 81L, but wahan bhi kya real per sqft rate wohi hai jo batate hain ya fir super area vs carpet area mein confuse karte hain? I'm looking at a 5-year appreciation perspective too. In dono mein se kaunsa project Ghaziabad mein better investment banega for long term? Yaar, yeh hidden costs ka chakkar dimaag kharab kar deta hai.

Totally relate! Radha Homes ka price sunke hope aati hai, but phir jab hidden charges add hote hain toh budget hil jaata hai. PLC ka toh alag hi tension hai.

Haan bhai, Ghaziabad mein almost sab builders ka yahi haal hai. Ek baar Ahinsa Khand II mein bhi yahi hua tha mere saath. Builder ne last moment pe maintenance advance itna badha diya ki kya bataun.
