Ghaziabad mein negotiation ka scene kuch aur hi hai, I'm finding. I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different yaar. SB Group ke Dujana project mein pre-launch rate dekha tha, ab open market mein price kaafi upar lag raha. Is early-bird discount actually worth it, ya builder baad mein aur offers de deta hai? Especially for a 3BHK in the ₹70-80L range. Also, possession ke time kya hidden charges expect karun? Stamp duty, registration ke alawa, builder services ya maintenance fund mein kitna extra maangte hain? Matlab, negotiation mein kitna scope hai, 2-3% bhi milta hai kya? Ya sab fixed price bol dete hain? Any real experiences?
