I thought I knew real estate. But buying a 3BHK in Tronica City from Vashisth Group is different. Builder ka ₹80L quote. All-in cost with stamp duty, PLC, maintenance kitna banega? Hidden charges at possession?

Totally relate yaar. I almost booked with another builder in Ghaziabad, near Ahinsa Khand II, last year. Unka 70L ka quote tha, but jab final figures nikale toh 85L cross kar gaya with all the extra charges. Builder ne toh 'possession kit' ke naam pe bhi charge kiya tha, which was basically just a few basic fittings. Be very careful with the final offer letter and get everything in writing.
Haan, Ahinsa Khand II mein rates waise bhi upar hain compared to Tronica City, but hidden charges are a nightmare everywhere. My friend got charged for 'club membership' even though the club wasn't built yet and had no completion date. Builders find new ways to add costs, so be vigilant.

Bhai, 80L for Tronica City? That sounds super high for a 3BHK. Maine suna hai udhar options thode budget-friendly hote hain. Have you checked other builders in the area like near Achchheja? Vashisth Group ka track record bhi mixed reviews wala hai.
Agar 80L base price hai, toh all-in toh 90L+ jayega easily, believe me. Stamp duty, registration, legal fees, then PLC, IFMS charges, power backup... list lambi hai. Builders ke quotes pe kabhi trust mat karna, always add 10-15% extra for these so-called hidden costs. I learned this the hard way.
Exactly! Mujhe bhi laga 80L is a lot. Achchheja side thoda better connectivity hai, but Tronica City ka future potential hai bolte hain. Confused hoon, U2. Aise high quotes sunke toh aur darr lagta hai.
