Spot discounts in Sohna are not what they seem, I'm finding. Fed up of renting, finally checking out Sohna for an investment 2BHK. Landlord ne rent badha diya tha again, so equity banana hai. Visited Global Horizon Holdings Private Limited in Sector 70A; their 2BHKs were around ₹1.2 Cr. Broker ne bola 'spot discount' milega if I book fast, but I'm not sure if that's real ya just a pressure tactic. Can one actually get a good spot discount in Sohna, ya builders don't budge much? What's the real scene with these 'instant' deals?
