₹1.2 lakh for first 3 months ka maintenance bill aaya, and I just moved into Godrej Aveline last month. Honestly, brochure mein jo green areas dikhate hain, woh real mein utne open nahi lagte. Matlab, tenants ko bhi greenery chahiye, but yahan thoda cramped feel hota hai. Parking allocation bhi lottery system hai, which is a headache for tenants, right? Not sure if this impacts resale value later. Investors, how do you factor this in? Should I push for a reserved spot? Hope this helps someone looking at new projects.
