My Godrej payment plan nightmare for a 3BHK upgrade

Was supposed to decide by last month but this Godrej Properties construction-linked payment plan for the 3BHK in Saket has me completely stuck. They promised possession by 2026-end, par site pe progress bahut slow lag raha hai. My current 2BHK ka EMI chal hi raha hai, ab iska bhi start ho gaya. Double EMIs for what? Is this 'early bird discount' worth it? Kisi aur ne faced kiya hai Godrej ya DLF ke saath? How did you manage? Should I just look for ready-to-move flats?
