3 years late on possession, ₹12 lakh extra charges demand – this situation is becoming quite frustrating. Noida Extension mein Godrej Properties ka project hai Suthiyana ke paas. Booking ke time they promised so much, but now it's just continuous delays. Construction-linked plan mein paisa phasa hua hai, aur EMI bhi chal rahi hai. My parents often suggest that ready-to-move would have been a better choice. Is this common with other builders like ATS ya Gaursons as well, these hidden costs and delays? I'm also considering Sector 150 projects, but uncertain if under-construction is still a wise option. Should one simply accept the extra PLC or pursue legal options? Seeking advice from others who faced similar issues.
