My Godrej Sec 150 reality check

Godrej ka construction quality sabko theek lagta hai kya? Moved into my 3BHK in Sector 150 last month, and already seeing minor plaster cracks. Amenities mein bhi swimming pool abhi tak ready nahi. Maintenance charges toh poore le rahe hain. ATS ya Gaursons mein bhi aisa hi scene hai kya?

Sahi kaha, mere cousin ko bhi Alpha I Greater Noida mein similar issue aaya tha. Brand name ab bas marketing hai.
